COVID Precautions

Anyone who is sick, experiencing symptoms, or who has possibly been exposed to COVID must refrain from attending in-person sessions. Please see our FAQ page for more information on our COVID policies.

Class Schedule

Our current class schedule is:

Mondays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm – Dorothea Laub Dance Place, Suite 100, 2650 Truxton Road, San Diego, CA 92106

Wednesdays, 7:15pm – 8:45pm – Dorothea Laub Dance Place, Suite 100, 2650 Truxton Road, San Diego, CA 92106

Saturdays, 9 – 10:30 am – at Pioneer Park in Mission Hills, 1521 Washington Pl, San Diego, CA 92103

Classes begin with a bow-in promptly at the times shown below. Please arrive at least five minutes early in order to prepare.

Looking to Join Us?

If you are interested in practicing karate, we welcome you to observe a class and speak with us in person before or after our regular practice.

Please note that all participants are required to sign the waiver below.
