Schedule for the week

(Times for Saturday practices may change due to the length of each session)

All times are in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

1. Tuesday – 6:30pm to 8:30pm – 100 of each basic
2. Wednesday – 6:30pm to 8:30pm – Drills/Combination and Kumite 
3. Thursday – 6:30pm to 8:30pm – 100 Taikyoku Shodan
4. Friday – 6:30pm to 8:30pm  – 100 Heian Katas
5. Saturday – 6:30am to 8:30am – Kibadachi
6. Saturday – 10:00am to 12:00pm – 1000 Kicks
7. Saturday – 2:30pm to 4:30pm – Ten No Kata
8. Saturday – 6:30pm to 8:00pm – Tekki Shodan

Requirements for participation

• In order to participate you must be a member of SKA and your membership must be current
• No videos or pictures can be posted online without the express written approval of the BBC President and the SKA Shihan

General Information

• Please try to find a space you can do 5 techniques before turning around. If that is not available, then turn around on your own.
• Find a space that can be fairly quiet during each practice. I’ll be requesting everyone to leave their microphones and cameras on for the entirety of the practice. Those with excessive background noises will be muted.
• Please be on time for each of the practices and stay for the entire session.
• The online meeting will open ~15 minutes before the scheduled time to connect and work out any technical issues.
• This is not an official Special Training and will not count towards your number for Dan consideration.
• I request that those who wish to practice on Saturday attend all practices that day.

Donation

• I am asking those who are participating in any or all of the practices to make a donation over Paypal or Venmo. 
• All donations will be sent directly to SKA. 
• I’ll send out the links at the beginning of each practice.
• There is no minimum required, but your donation will help benefit the organization.
